Pickup day

You land and go straight to the car. No line, no agent, nothing to sign at the airport. Here's exactly how it works.

  1. Up to 1h before your time, the car is already in its spot We leave the car parked before you land. It waits for you — not the other way around.
  2. You get the photo of the spot on WhatsApp With the level, the space number and a landmark so you find it easily. That's why there's no line: there's nobody to see, the car is already yours.
  3. Land, walk to the car and drive off You have the key through the process arranged on WhatsApp. No booth, no waiting.
Send us your flight number. With it we track your arrival and adjust the time if the flight changes — you don't have to tell us anything.

Exactly where the car is

It isn't a fixed place — the spot is arranged for your pickup. That's why we send the photo: it shows the level, the space number and a landmark in the garage.

You leave arrivals, head to the garage shown in the photo and the car is there. No need to look for a rental company sign or stop at any booth.

In Orlando (MCO), pickup happens at one of these two points:

Which of the two is confirmed in your booking — and it comes written with the photo of the spot, with the exact number.

The car stays in the same spot waiting for you. Just let us know on WhatsApp — we track it and there's no fee and no rebooking for a flight delay.

One honest caveat: on a very long delay, the airport garage may charge an extra day of parking, which you pay on the ticket on your way out. That amount is the garage's, not AZ's.

What to bring

Your driver's license and passport. That's it. No sworn translation, no international permit — AZ accepts your home-country license directly.

The minimum age is 21. Between 21 and 24 there may be a young driver fee, depending on the category.

Bring an international credit card in the driver's name. The US$ 500 deposit is a hold on your limit, not a charge — the money doesn't leave your account, it's only reserved for the rental period.

A debit card does not work for the deposit.
